Dallas County election officials have received multiple complaints of voter fraud in Grand Prairie and West Dallas in recent weeks. In the past, the county has received perhaps a dozen complaints a year, said Dallas County Elections Administrator Toni Pippins-Poole."We've never received this many complaints," Pippins-Poole said.In Grand Prairie, a suspicious man has shown up in both places offering elderly residents "assistance" with their mail-in ballots.
