Fort Worth police acknowledged Sunday that two of the department's officers were shown in a video striking a man as they struggled to handcuff him.Police said in a release that the video, absent comment from the department, might raise questions.The video, shared by Next Generation Action Network on Facebook Sunday, was filmed by a bystander who saw part of the arrest outside of the Chaparral apartment complex in east Fort Worth.
