Video of Rodents in Downtown Dallas Chipotle Prompts Temporary Closure

A customer's video of rodents scuttling around a downtown Dallas Chipotle last month has prompted the restaurant's temporary closure. The Chipotle in the West End Historic District closed its doors Tuesday, exactly three weeks after the incident occurred. The Facebook video showed three rodents in the restaurant in the 200 block of North Market Street, near Elm Street, on July 18.Management initially removed the rodents and had professionals fix a small structural gap believed to be the access point, but later decided to temporarily close the restaurant to continue assessing the construction of the building, which is about 100 years old, Chipotle Mexican Grill Inc. spokeswoman Quinn Kelsey said.  Continue reading...
