Video of Dog Tethered on Flatbed on Dallas Highway Goes Viral

A video of a tow truck with a dog tethered on the flatbed as it drives down a Dallas highway has grabbed attention of Facebook users and local animal rights activists.The Facebook video was originally posted by Marina Tarashevska about 9:20 p.m. Monday who captures the video alongside the red tow truck with the medium-sized dog standing on the flatbed.“Get your dog inside,” she hollers out the window as they drive down a highway.“The dog’s ok.
