Vice President Mike Pence Heads to Dallas and Midland to Raise Cash and Pitch Trump Energy Policy

WASHINGTON -- Vice President Mike Pence will visit Dallas and Midland on Wednesday, raising campaign funds and touring the Permian Basin oil field, according to the White House.In Dallas, Pence will attend a fund-raiser.In Midland, he will tour an oil rig operated by Diamondback Energy Inc., a Midland-based independent oil and natural gas company.According to the White House, he will tour Diamondback's facility and address workers, focusing on the administration's energy policy and pitching the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement or USMCA - the pending trade deal proposed as a successor to the North American Free Trade Agreement.Pence was in Dallas last October, a month before Election Day, stumping for longtime congressman Pete Sessions, who ended up losing to freshman Rep.
