UT-Austin Student Sexually Assaulted on Campus, Police Say

A UT-Austin student was sexually assaulted on campus early Sunday, university police said. The assault occurred at Clark Field in the 300 block of East 21st Street, near San Jacinto Boulevard and Darrell K Royal Texas Memorial Stadium, police said. The suspect was not a student, university police spokeswoman Cindy Posey told the Daily Texan.UT police were assisting the Austin Police Department with the investigation.
