Uptown's Crescent Complex Lands New Office Tenants

Uptown Dallas' landmark Crescent complex has signed a string of new office deals.WhiteStar Asset Management, Velocis Management LLC, Lincoln International and Inverdale Capital Management Partners have leased office space in the Crescent at Cedar Springs Road and Pearl Street."These four leases have synergy with the professional management and asset and wealth management customers already in the Crescent," John Zogg, Managing Director of Crescent Real Estate, said in a statement.Crescent Real Estate officials credit recent leasing success with the completion of a recent $33 million renovation of the 30-year-old office, retail and hotel complex.Two new restaurants - East Hampton Sandwich Co. and Sixty Vines - are scheduled to open in early 2018.And a $30 million remodeling of the luxury Hotel Crescent Court and Spa is underway and will be completed in December.With the latest leases, Crescent's office space is more than 95 percent leased.  Continue reading...
