Unlicensed University Park Massage Therapist Accused of Sex Assault, Police Seeking More Victims

University Park police say they are searching for additional victims after a woman reported that he'd raped her at the massage business he owns.Stephen Boyd, 58, was charged with sexual assault June 6. He was released from the University Park city jail that day after posting $10,000 bond, police said.Police said a woman contacted them June 3, saying she'd been raped during a massage at Boyd Massage, in the 3400 block of Westminster Avenue off Snider Plaza, a few days earlier.Boyd was licensed as a massage therapist in Texas in 1990, but state records do not indicate that he has renewed the license since it expired in 2007. Boyd Massage is not licensed by the state.He said in his Yelp profile that he specializes in myofascial release, trigger point and deep tissue massage, and has worked in several spas and salons.Police ask that anyone with information about other incidents contact Det.
