Uber Drive Ended a Block From Fired Prosecutor's Home, But She Felt Too Drunk to Get Out

A fired Dallas County assistant district attorney who drunkenly berated an Uber driver over the weekend wrote in a sworn statement that she wouldn't get out of his car when he pulled over a block from her home because "I felt intoxicated." Dallas County District Attorney Faith Johnson released the sworn affidavits from fired prosecutor Jody Warner and the driver, 26-year-old Shaun Platt, "in an effort to provide the utmost transparency."
