Two Arrested in Connection With Man's Death Four Days After Assault at Denton Tavern

Two men have been arrested in connection with the death of a 58-year-old man who died four days after being assaulted at a Denton tavern.Police were originally called about 9:30 p.m. Feb. 20 to Jack's Tavern, in the 500 block of Elm Street, where Kenneth Wayne George, 58, had suffered a large laceration below his left eye.Police took George, a resident of Krum in Denton County, to Denton Presbyterian Hospital where he was treated for fractures to the orbital socket and released.  Continue reading...
