Trump Will Press for Border Wall in State of the Union, But No Emergency Declaration Yet

WASHINGTON -- President Donald Trump kept up his demand for a border wall Tuesday, even as lawmakers gathering for his State of the Union address warned against trying to invoke emergency powers to move ahead with the project.Trump wasn't able to shake loose the $5.7 billion he wants for a wall during the 35-day government shutdown. His national address, delayed during that stalemate, comes with 10 days left to avert another shutdown."We have sent additional military.
