If convicted, he faces up to life in prison.Bardwell's family in Mississippi reported her missing on May 9, 2016, after she failed to call home for Mother's Day. Her decomposed body was found wrapped in a sheet on May 19 near Lake Lavon in Farmersville. Her autopsy listed her cause of death as homicidal violence.Lowe was arrested on suspicion of murder after police found blood, muddy boots and a bullet hole in his garage, according to court records.
