SalesAustin-based EPIC Real Estate Partners purchased Sprouts Crossing, a. 60,706 square-foot grocery anchored shopping center on Grapevine Highway in Hurst. The property was 75 percent occupied at the time of sale. Disney Investment Group brokered the transaction. EPIC Real Estate also purchased the adjacent 17,327 square-foot Wellington Place shopping center and plans a significant redevelopment of both properties.An affiliate of Lexington Realty Trust of New York has purchased a newly constructed 215,000-square-foot distribution facility at Grand Lake Boulevard and Gifford Street in Grand Prairie. The building is leased O'Neal Industries Inc., a privately owned metal service provider. Avison Young's Erik Foster and Mike Wilson negotiated the sale by Altera Development Co.The 536-unit Arborstone apartments at 6500 South Cockrell Hill Road in Dallas sold to an out of state investment group. Al Silva, Ford Braly and Mark McCoy with Marcus & Millichap brokered the sale. The new owner plans to remodel the buildings.Sunshilp Enterprise LLC bought the Jason's Deli building, a 4,862-square foot retail property at the northeast corner of Hebron Parkway and Interstate 35E in Lewisville. Brandon Beeson and Ali Chambers of EDGE Realty Capital Markets brokered the sale with Cassy Mosser of Marcus and Millichap.LeasesStens Specialty Brands LLC leased 80,000 square feet of industrial space at 3010 Red Hawk Drive in Grand Prairie. Brian Gilchrist, Steve Koldyke and Kacy Jones with CBRE negotiated the lease.FinishMaster leased 59,139 square feet at Trinity Crossing on Roy Orr Boulevard in Grand Prairie. Cannon Green and Luke Davis with Stream Realty Partners negotiated the lease with NAI Robert Lynn.Kurz & Co. leased 30,000 square feet of industrial space at 1625 Vantage in Carrollton. Patrick Embry of NAI Robert Lynn negotiated the lease with Andrew Gilbert with Holt Lunsford Commercial.Sunfinity Solar leased 20,462 square feet at Midway Business Center - Building 2, 3361 Boyington Dr. in Carrollton.
