WASHINGTON — It appears immunity isn't what it used to be.President Donald Trump and his allies for months used the concept of immunity as a cudgel in their attacks on Hillary Clinton's private email server. But amid ongoing controversy over the White House's Russia ties, the president and his team are coming around on the idea.At the center of it all?
