Third Phase Building on the Way in Irving Business Park

Developer Liberty Property Trust is building a third phase of its Irving business park.The Liberty Park - GSW North development is on Valley View Lane at Frye Road near DFW International Airport.The new building will have 172,120 square feet of industrial space.Liberty Property Trust has already build more than a half million square feet in the project.The latest speculative building will open in December.""There should be solid demand for this new building," Kurt Griffin, Executive Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield said in a statement. "It's Liberty's desire to be a long-term holder of the project."Griffin and Cushman & Wakefield's Nathan Orbin and David Eseke are marketing the project.Almost 1 million square feet of warehouse space was leased in that area in the first quarter.Liberty Property Trust is based in Pennsylvania and owns and manages more than 100 million square feet of industrial and office space.  Continue reading...
