‘There's Certainly Someone at the Helm': Trump Administration Prepares for First Major Hurricane

WASHINGTON — As Hurricane Harvey barrels toward the Texas coast, federal officials are gearing up their response to the first major natural disaster to occur under the leadership of President Donald Trump.The Federal Emergency Management Agency has established an incident support base at an airfield near Seguin.
