‘There Was No Collision': Dallas City Council Member Kevin Felder's Lawyer Denies Allegations

Dallas City Council member Kevin Felder's attorney on Thursday denied that his client was involved in an accident with a scooter.Pete Schulte's denial came after police said Wednesday they are investigating allegations that Felder left the scene after he collided with a scooter user Wednesday in the 2500 block of Malcolm X Boulevard. But Schulte said "there was no collision." He said Felder, while driving, confronted someone for "zig-zagging on Malcolm X" on a scooter."Kevin could not get around him," Schulte said. "So he rolled down the window and told the guy, 'Hey, can you get over? You're blocking the roadway.'"  Continue reading...
