The Mr. Fix-It of Artistic Organizations Swoops Into Fort Worth to Rescue the Symphony

You can call him the Mr. Fix-It of troubled arts organizations. He swoops in to clean up the mess and then goes back home to Minnesota, where he lives.Most recently, David Hyslop helped Dallas Summer Musicals get back on track after the firing of long-time managing director Michael A. Jenkins. Hyslop, the board whisperer, helped DSM arrange a partnership with Broadway Across America, which went out and landed the crème de la crème of touring Broadway confections — Hamilton — for a 2018 Dallas debut.
