It's been five years since the first cars rushed across the Margaret Hunt Hill Bridge, but if you're hoping for a verdict on its success or failure, the only possible response is that the jury is still out.Judged solely as a work of design, it's a split decision.Let's grant above all that it is beautiful, especially if you're standing under it or adjacent to it on the converted Ron Kirk (formerly Continental Avenue) pedestrian bridge.
