Some of the most vulnerable and important areas for our city’s future are sadly some of the same neighborhoods that have consistently gotten the worst representation at City Hall.Joppa, Dolphin Heights, Fair Park, BonTon, Buckner Terrace, South Dallas — these are the names of some of the most storied neighborhoods in our city in council District 7.The potential is vast for these areas just south and just north of Interstate 30 along the city’s center and eastern side.
