Kip and Sharon Tindell, a couple that has devoted their careers to building a specialty retail company and a merchandise category from scratch, have decided to retire from their Container Store.The Container Store's succession plan was published in filing Thursday morning.-- Kip Tindell, chairman and co-founder of the Coppell-based company, will retire at the annual meeting in September. He's the last of the three founders working at the company and took the company public in 2013 after being courted by Wall Street for years. The other two founders are Garrett Boone and John Mullen.
