Serious question: Do you still lose your mind over airport screenings? Don't feel bad if you do. Surveys consistently rank the Transportation Security Administration at the bottom of the customer-satisfaction barrel, even when the barrel is limited to no-other-option government agencies. Even as viral outrages du jour faded from the headlines (screaming children, public humiliations, beyond-the-pale junk-touchings), the fury has persisted: USA Today reports that as of last fall, complaints against the agency were up 8 percent over the previous year.
