Texas Trooper Arrests 70-year-old With $3.4M in Cocaine Stashed in Jeep

A state trooper found $3.44 million worth of cocaine hidden in a Jeep traveling across the Texas Panhandle on Monday.The Texas Highway Patrol trooper stopped the Jeep Grand Cherokee for a traffic violation on Interstate 40 near the Carson County town of Groom.The officer found nearly 56 pounds of cocaine in the front and passenger side quarter panels of the vehicle, according to the Department of Public Safety.  Continue reading...
