A South Texas woman let her 12-year-old son make marijuana-laced snacks and share them with a friend, police say.McAllen police arrested Leah Stella Ramirez, 46, on March 23, jail records show.According to KGBT-TV, officers were called about a 15-year-old girl who appeared to have overdosed on drugs.The girl told police that a 12-year-old boy who lived nearby had given her a "firecracker" — marijuana and peanut butter between two crackers.  Continue reading...
