Arlington-based Texas Health Resources is planning a 20-acre hospital campus in Frisco that will be located on the southeast corner of the North Dallas Tollway and Cobb Hill Drive.During a meeting Tuesday, Frisco’s planning and zoning commission will vote on the preliminary site plan for the new Texas Health Frisco campus. It is scheduled to open in 2019.Frisco is currently a hot spot for real estate development.
