A gynecologist in Laredo was arrested Friday morning on charges of possessing child pornography.Laredo police identified the doctor as 63-year-old Antonio Salinas, co-founder of The OBGYN Specialists of Laredo, reports the Laredo Morning Times.Police said Salinas arrived at police headquarters with his attorney Friday and turned himself in.
