Texas GOP Congressman Says It Would Be Best If Trump ‘removed All His Children From the White House'

WASHINGTON -- A Texas Republican is calling for President Donald Trump's adult children to step away from the White House, marking one of the strongest GOP responses yet to the intrigue surrounding the Trump campaign's activities in last year's White House race.Rep. Bill Flores of Bryan offered that take on Wednesday to an East Texas TV station. And he didn't limit his scope to just Donald Trump Jr., who is under fire this week for admitting that he met with "Russian government attorney" to obtain incriminating evidence on Hillary Clinton."I'm going out on a limb here, but I would say that I think it would be in the President's best interest if he removed all of his children from the White House," Flores told KBTX-TV. "Not only Donald Trump, but Ivanka and Jared Kushner."The idea is unlikely to go anywhere, given that the Trump the elder has been fiercely loyal to his children.
