Sumlin, 53, was 51-26 in six seasons, the second-highest winning percentage of any A&M coach since 1947. In SEC play, the Aggies were 25-23 under Sumlin.His dismissal comes on the heels of A&M's 41-25 loss to No. 18 LSU in the regular-season finale for both programs.
