WASHINGTON -- By luck of the draw, Texans Beto O'Rourke and Julian Castro will share a debate stage in Miami with each other-- but not with Democratic front-runner Joe Biden. The Democratic National Committee and debate host NBC News announced the lineup after a drawing Friday to divide the top 20 presidential contenders into two sets.Biden and Sen. Bernie Sanders ended up in the second group. The former vice president, is the likeliest target for rivals eager to move up a notch or two.
