One of two brothers accused of attacking a woman last week in Austin admitted that he targeted her because she's transgender, according to reports. Rayshad Deloach, 17, and his brother, Raymond, 26, were arrested for kidnapping and robbing Stephanie Martinez Thursday, KXAN reports. Rayshad Deloach confirmed details of the attack to police, including punching Martinez several times and picking up a log as if he was going to crush her head with it, according to court documents obtained by The Austin American-Statesman.
