Tax Firm Plans New Rockwall Headquarters

North Texas-based tax consulting firm KEAndrews will double its headquarters with a new building planned for Rockwall.The 4-story, office project is set to kick off in November, said KEAndrews' business development manager Tony Trahan."The building will be a little over 80,000 square feet and we are working with BOKA Powell on the project as the architect," Trahan said. "We are currently in a little over 30,000 square feet in Rowlett."KEAndrews plans to take about 50,000 to 60,000 square feet in the project on Ridge Road.The company which provides consulting services for sales, severance and property taxes, currently has more than 125 employees and plans to grow its staff to 140, Trahan said."We actually got site approval at planning and zoning this week and are ready to move into the construction permitting phase," he said.  Continue reading...
