Tarrant County Man Pleads Guilty to Making Sexually Explicit Videos With Minors

A Tarrant County man pleaded guilty in federal court Wednesday to three child-pornography charges.Timothy Paul Malone, 39, of River Oaks admitted to enticing two girls to create sexually explicit videos and trying to entice a third.Authorities arrested Malone after searching his home in January and discovering a number of videos of child pornography, including videos depicting the three victims in this case.The videos Malone admitted to making were produced in River Oaks, Haslet and Watauga from 2011 to 2016, according to court documents.Malone faces up to 90 years in federal prison and a $750,000 fine on the two counts of sexual exploitation of a child and one count of attempted sexual exploitation of a child.
