A River Oaks man was dragged briefly by a car after a pair of robbers stole a phone he was trying to sell him Tuesday night.Fort Worth police told the Fort Worth Star-Telegram that the 33-year-old man planned to sell the cellphone through the OfferUp app around 11:30 p.m. He met two men in the parking lot of his apartment building in the 1000 block of Roberts Cut Off Road, near River Oaks Boulevard.When the man handed the phone through the car window, the men took it and sped off.
