About three dozen voters in Grand Prairie reported that someone fraudulently used their names to request mail-in ballots, mirroring a pattern of recent complaints in West Dallas, the county's elections head said Monday. A suspicious man has shown up in both places offering elderly residents "assistance" with their mail-in ballots, raising the possibility that he could tamper with the ballots, said Dallas County Elections Administrator Toni Pippins-Poole.
