A suspect is still at large after a man was shot in the shoulder early Tuesday in East Oak Cliff, Dallas police said.The injured man was found around 5:33 a.m. in the 1700 block of Essex Avenue and was taken to a hospital by Dallas Fire-Rescue. No further information is available on the suspect, who fled the scene.
