Suspect Sought in Fatal Shooting at Strip-mall Parking Lot in Northwest Dallas

Police are seeking the public's help in locating a suspect wanted in connection with the fatal shooting of a 38-year-old man in a crowded parking lot in a northwest Dallas strip center.Jose Manuel Diaz-Torres is described as a 32-year-old Latino male. He drives a 2007 four-door maroon Ford Fusion, Texas license plate number JGM5716.The incident occurred on Nov. 18, when officers discovered the victim's body shortly after 3 p.m. while responding to a shooting call in the 9600 block of Webb Chapel Road, not far from Northwest Highway.Several people were in the parking lot during the argument that preceded the shooting, police said.Several days later, police released video from the scene, describing the shooter as a Latino man in his late 20s or early 30s and about 6 feet tall.
