Stanley Marcus' Daughter Fondly Recalls Her One Meeting With the Late, Great Jerry Lewis

Jerrie Smith, 80, the daughter of the late Billie and Stanley Marcus, remembers comedian Jerry Lewis coming to her parents' home on Nonesuch Road in Lakewood to attend a party. He was there with his then-partner, Dean Martin.Smith was a senior at the Hockaday School in 1953 when Lewis and Martin, who performed as a team from 1946-56, came to town to do a show."My father was constantly bringing people home for dinner," she said Sunday, the day Lewis died.
