Southwest and Delta's Trial Over Love Field Gates Gets Pushed Back Another Five Months

Southwest Airlines will have to wait until at least February to meet Delta Air Lines in court in the battle over gates at Dallas Love Field.U.S. District Judge Ed Kinkeade moved the start of the trial to Feb. 3, adding more time to the four-year-old lawsuit. It was previously set to start Sept. 9.It's a case that could give Dallas-based Southwest Airlines more room to grow at Love Field, its only airport in North Texas.Kinkeade did not give a reason for delaying the trial.  Continue reading...
