South Texas Sheriff Thinks Women Are Too Dumb to Distinguish Hugs From Harassment

A south Texas sheriff roiled the culture waters last week with the public announcement that he will henceforth reserve his hugs for "family and close friends." "Sad, but you just don't know when this hug might come back and bite you," wrote Nueces County Sheriff Jim Kaelin in a Facebook post.
