Authorities have issued a Silver Alert for an elderly man with a cognitive impairment last seen in Watauga.Henry J. Wright, who turned 82 Wednesday, was last seen about 2:30 p.m. Tuesday driving a black 2014 Toyota Tacoma pickup with Texas license plates KTW 7344.Wright is described as a white man who is about 5-10 and 175 pounds, with white hair and blue eyes.
