Silver Alert: Elderly Man Was Last Seen Driving White Toyota Sedan in Far East Dallas

Authorities have issued a Silver Alert for a missing elderly man last seen in Dallas.Curtis Newbury, 76, was last seen driving in the 9100 block of La Prada Drive, near Eastfield College in Far East Dallas, around 2 p.m. Monday.Newbury is described as a white man who is 5-9 and about 180 pounds, with white hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a purple shirt, red jacket, black pants and gray shoes.He was driving a white 1999 Toyota Avalon with Texas license plates DZD 0398.Newbury may be lost and seem disoriented, police said, and his disappearance is believed to pose a threat to his health and safety.Anyone with information about Newbury's whereabouts is asked to call 911 or Dallas police at 214-671-4268.  Continue reading...
