Shooting Near Pearl DART Station Leaves One Wounded

One person was wounded and a suspect was being questioned Friday morning in a shooting near a DART train at the Pearl Station in downtown Dallas.The shooting was apparently the result of a fight that broke out on a train, police reported, but it is unclear where the shooting occurred.Trains are moving again after they were shut down after the shooting, which happened around 5 a.m., police reported.There is no word on the condition of the victim, who has been hospitalized; nor was there more information about the suspect.Rail services on DART's Green, Orange, Red and Blue lines were delayed and shuttle bus service was set up in the aftermath of the incident, DART police reported.  Continue reading...
