Shooting Near Major Red Bird Intersection Injures 1

Dallas police are investigating a shooting that injured one person Monday morning in Red Bird.The shooting occurred near the intersection of West Wheatland and South Hampton roads around 11:15 a.m., according to KXAS-TV (NBC5). Officers found a gunshot victim at the scene. No information has been released about the victim, who was hospitalized in unknown condition . Video from the scene showed a white sedan stopped on the side of the road with police tape around it. Several bullet holes were visible in the vehicle, NBC5 reported.   Continue reading...
