Shared Office Provider Venture X Opening New Las Colinas Location

Shared office company Venture X is headed to Irving with its latest North Texas location.The coworking company has leased 12,000 square feet of space at 955 West John Carpenter Freeway in Las Colinas.Florida-based Venture X will open the new Irving location next week."The Irving-Las Colinas market is the perfect destination for what we have to offer," Venture X brand p resident Jason Anderson said in a statement. "Since the brand is continually expanding, Texas is a thriving market for us."With eight other locations in the state, we are sure our Irving-Las Colinas location will bring great success to the community and the brand."Venture X already has a large shared office center in Far North Dallas and in Plano's Legacy West development and has announced a new location in Dallas' Uptown district.The company which sells franchises plans to have 100 U.S. locations by the end of 2019.While central Dallas and Plano have seen a boom in coworking facilities, the Las Colinas area has had fewer of the shared office centers.Coworking companies have been one of the fastest growing office sectors in the Dallas-Fort Worth area in the last few years.
