The National Weather Service has issued a severe weather warning for northern Collin County after a storm south of Dallas covered Waxahachie with hail Monday morning.Meteorologists spotted a thunderstorm near McKinney moving northeast at 25 mph Monday afternoon. There's a threat of quarter-size hail that might cause car damage, according to NWS.
