Severe Thunderstorms Could Hit North Texas This Evening

Large thunderstorms are expected to roll into Dallas-Fort Worth early Saturday evening and linger into Monday morning.The biggest threats the storms will bring are damaging winds and heavy rains, according to the National Weather Service. Several North Texas counties, including Hunt and Cook counties, are under a flash flood watch from 7 p.m. Saturday until 7 a.m. Sunday. Collin, Grayson, Fannin and Hunt counties are all under a severe thunderstorm watch, according to the National Weather Service, and could experience winds over 65 mph and hail.   Continue reading...
