A capsized boat was found floating in Lake Ray Hubbard Thursday afternoon after Dallas Fire-Rescue units were sent to look for a fisherman who's been missing on the lake since Wednesday.A relative called police when the man didn't return home after taking his boat out to the lake, according to Dallas Fire-Rescue spokesman Jason Evans.
