Scheme to Dilute Women's Vote Fails in One Dallas Judge's Race, With Three Others Awaiting Their Fate

Four incumbent Dallas County civil court judges, all white men, struggled against female challengers in the March 6 Democratic primary.That's not surprising.The incumbents anticipated getting clobbered by their legitimate female opponents, so they took the extraordinary step of encouraging other women to get in their contests.
