Robert E. Lee Statue Belongs in New Dallas Holocaust and Human Rights Museum. Period.

Alexander Phimister Proctor's Robert E. Lee and Young Soldier now sits at Hensley Field a little more than a week after the 81-year-old bronze sculpture was removed from its overlook along Turtle Creek Boulevard. Its fate remains very much in question: The mayor's Confederate Monuments Task Force said last week it should be loaned or donated, but not sold, to a museum.
