Robber Left Gas Station Clerk Inside Cooler With Fractured Skull, Dallas County Officials Say

The Dallas County Sheriff's Department is looking for a man who left a Sunnyvale gas station clerk inside a cooler with three skull fractures during a robbery last week.The clerk was opening the Valero in the 200 block of South Collins Road about 4:30 a.m. July 2 when a stranger followed her inside. After she turned off the store's alarm, the man punched her, knocking her to the ground. He grabbed her and forced her to open the ATM and the safe before placing her in a cooler, the sheriff's department said.  Continue reading...
